I just went back to play it again. I think the best advice I can offer is:
1. Don't get distracted by those time bombs or chocolate blocks
2. Don't be tempted by opportunities to make chocolate bombs, instead make the stripe candies if you can
3. Don't try TOO hard.
I think I mentioned earlier. Try watching couple clips of people that got through that level on youtube. Then you'll be able to get a better sense of what you need to look for.
