I am so sorry for the horrible loss of you beloved Shasta. It is hard to imagine that some people are so cruel that they would poison a little pup. I hope the police take all measure possible to prosecute, and that this person is not released back into your neighborhood.
You can put extra pressure on the matter by calling local media, newspapers and tv stations. Make sure the whole community knows about this.
It won't bring back your precious pup, but may deter others from doing such things.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hope you stay on Yorkie Talk and get to know some of the people here. You've never met such a big bunch of Yorkie lovers anywhere else, I'm sure.
