I sound like a broken record, but I am telling you, if you want to give this baby every chance in the world to survive, you would not do any better than to supplement this baby with tube feedings. Tube feedings are exact and accurate and safer than eye droppers and even bottles, which the baby can aspirate formula into its lungs..... You work for a vet, the vet can show you how to do this. Since momma is nursing the baby and caring for the baby, you should not have to feed baby but maybe 4 times in 24 hours....just to help give a little extra boost to what baby is already getting....not enough to keep baby full, because you dont want baby to stop nursing on momma....just a couple of cc's 3-4 times in the 24 hours period, to give extra calories and nutrition.
