Endeavor - loved it - and certainly
Lewis, with his ever-mystical, conflicted Hathaway who knows absolutely everything, could teach any Oxford course with one hand tied behind his back while pastoring a church flock and smoking nonstop but was leaving his job! I loved Endeavor's crotchety little bespeckled boss who was such a little fool! Loved that character - always made Morse look like the genius he was. Robert Thaw was my muse for a time as Morse. Kidding - but I did so enjoy much of his work that I saw.
