Coming from one of the "indecent" folks and one who herself has been battling cancer and still taking care of her pups; I can only say that I hope you all have learned a few lessons.
If you have neighbors who hate pups, you need to never again let any pup in your care be unsupervised outside. If a tiny pup shows severe signs of illness, a vet should be contacted immediately. Ask youself what you would do if blood were pouring out of YOUR body...would you go online and do a search and ask what to do?? Not trying to sound heartless but I had the EXACT same circumstances in Feb. of this year. So...I am not just talking/typing out my backside.
I merely hope that the future may be different should you choose to obtain another tiny pup.
