So Gunner does potty on the pad though and not any/everywhere else? I think the OP is saying Toby doesn't potty outside and when inside doesn't potty on the pad either.

Funny you mention weather... It rained here today so I thought it'd be a good opportunity to try out the new raincoats I got them. Well, mostly Magnus. When I opened the garage door and he realized it was raining, he went back to the door, scratching to be let in.
I guess his highness didn't want to get his paws wet. LOL
