Gizmo has 2 different sets of toys, which I rotate out about once a week so he never gets bored of them. It also gives me a chance to put the played with set through the washer and get them all nice and clean again :-)
I put his toys in his xpen with him while he is in there, so he loves his xpen when it is time o slow down and rest. Once I open his xpen, he brings out about 3 or 4 toys to play with and leaves the rest in there. He seems to switch up what his favorites are each day :-) he has yet to et bored of any of them yet.
The only issue right now, is he loves to get ahold of something he's not allowed to have, and lets me know right away by running away as fast as he can, then he plays keep away with me for his prize he has found. I eventually always win but he makes me work for it lol, I think he thinks its a really fun game
he's only 4 months old, so I think he's doing really well. He will always bring me his favorite toy of the day or fetch and tug of war :-) I always know which one it will be by it being the first one he carries out of the xpen when I open it in the morning when he wakes up :-) when he goes back in his xpen for nap times, his toys go with him :-)
