Got a reply from my vet today.
"Hi Sandra,
Cholesterol is important for hormone production and cellular growth - such
as RBC and Liver cells. It has also been shown to prevent dementia.
Cholesterol gets a bad rap from human medicine which is currently rethinking
the role of cholesterol in heart disease. Continue feeding eggs to you and
the pups."
