If the fleas had already bitten her she will continue to scratch for a bit until the bites go away. We use comfortis and it works great. Ours are both under 5lbs so our vet has us give them half a pill each. Also to stop the itching you might try after a bath mixing half vinegar and water and rinsing her in it. Leave it on and let it dry. It will smell until she dries but then the smell will go away. |
