I actually do have some teething toys for him but sometimes he would rather bite on our ankles, toes and fingers and as far as potty training, I am doing both potty pads and taking him out in the yard. He is alone for a few hours while we are at work during the day, so we leave the pads out for him. He does well urinating on the pads, but not pooping really.
