pretty sure it can, but in a way it is pointless since it can not be shown, only traditional colors are recognized in the show ring. This little pup is cute but does not look that high quality because her hair seems very wiry and thin, but perhaps it's just the pic. but unfortunately many will pay that price because at 7 months she is only 3.5 lbs, LOL I am surprised that the word teacup was not used in the add.
