Raw has more moisture, so they drink a bit let. My 3 eat raw though, and I still see them drink water. Also though, since Lui is away from home - stress may be increased, causing him to be 'off' in terms of normal drinking or whatnot. I'm sure he's drinking, though, when you're not looking. Can always check his gums to make sure they're nice and pink.
