Thank you so very much for forwarding the messages to me.

They all were very kind and sweet words that everyone posted and I truly appreciate everything that was said.

It's a sad thing that a "forum" causes so much tension for some people. MANY have left BEFORE me. Even more will probably leave AFTER me and not because of MY leaving but because of all the "pettiness" that is on this forum.

I truly don't think some people realize what they are doing to other people with all the one upmanship, people not liking one another, twisting someone's words around, on and on and on!

It got to the point where it wasn't worth it to me to get on the web site. It became stressful reading what people wrote and them going back and forth trying to make people believe that what they were saying was the ONLY way! That is not what life is about.

I was more than happy to help everyone that I did and hopefully those changes they made will remain a part of their life so they will stay healthy and keep exercising.

You never know - we might have saved someone's life by helping them change to a healthier way of living.
