So you pretty much know when he poops that’s great.
So in the morning, evenings and before bed you can take him outside to poo. Does he go outside or on pads?
Well what I do is split Peanut’s up. He is suppose to get ¼ of a cup a day- so I give him 1/8 in the morning and 1/8 in the evening. Some days he doesn't eat all his evening food and some days he wants a little more.. As your puppy grows you will get a routine down and you will be able to know how much he will eat and how much will be too much. They are like clockwork and for the most part they love a good routine. So Peanut will get fresh food, since I don’t put it all down at once- which I think they like more..
Since you are feeding him 3 times a day you can split it in thirds.. see how much he eats of it in the morning compared to afternoon and evening.. Maybe try on a weekend when you are home to watch him.. ??
