I would make an apt for the Vet.. do you have a vet lined up?
Have him check her over, maybe schedule a dental cleaning. Have the vet also check her anal glands. Start her on a high quality kibble. Don't give her any table foods. Make sure she is UTD on her vaccines, then you can schedule her for a grooming..
