I wouldn't think it necessary to dump it. It is the
fluoride I'd want to avoid. The only Nursery brand product I've seen does have fluoride...it's a 'selling point' I guess. If the Nursery brand product you got doesn't have it, COOL!!!!
It's not necessarily about the 'brand' but about the 'ingredients' in the package.
