Did you start him on a flea preventative? We use K9 Advantix and never had a flea on him. My DH’s brother even brought his flea bag puppy over and Peanut didn't catch one flea!! ( I didn't know he had fleas till one jumped on me)
Sometimes the Bully Sticks can carry bacteria, just FYI.
Sounds to me like he is having a food allergy.
