What do you want to try that you never tried before? |
I finally tried sesos. It was eh. For those that don't know, it's cow brains. The texture was just as I imagined, like custard, but it wasn't very beefy, and the finish was irony. Pass.
Beef wellington I've had. It's delicious! It's super hard to make; I would never want to attempt it. It's super fancy style food. I doubt I'll ever get a chance to eat it again.

Have you ever tried Peking duck? I love it! The skin is SO crispy and the meat is very moist. I usually hate white meat but even on a PD I can eat the breast. There's a method to make it, like I think you have to hang the duck for a few days in a certain type of air to dry out the skin. That's what makes it so super crisp.
