I have a VERY skittish 12 week old pup. He barks at ANYTHING that he is unfamiliar with or that scares him. I have tried to quietly talk to him and let him know it's ok, which usually works, but for some reason tonight we could not get him to calm down and stop barking. What is the best way to handle this?
