Well, unfortunately the talk was a bit different. They warned my wife that they will call the police if the dog will keep chasing (note - even not biting them). I believe that children only display their parent's attitude against dogs. In order for my dog to be safe, I just have to restrict him getting out, because I do not trust these people.

Few days ago one of these girls went for a walk with her one and a half old brother, and came close to our fence. Rocky was happy to see the younger one, was waging tail, licking hands, then pause, growl at the girl, and then again lick hands of her brother, and growl again at the girl.

Few days ago I received puppy bumper - it seems to work fine against our dog getting out, by the way it is a good product, and I would reccomend to yorkie owners, who can not fully yorkie-proof their fence. For those who do not know, it is just a round pillow around dogs collar, which makes impossible for the dog to squeeze through tight spaces. For Rocky it works even psychologically - even without it, he now thinks being too fat, and does not try to get out
