Well, good and phooey! Good that he is going to a good home (with free vet care, no less!) But phooey that you have invested emotional time and energy expecting to take this little one in and now it isn't happening. I'm sure that even if you had some reservations in taking that one in, a part of you must still be a little heartbroken.
I can't imagine taking in abused ferrets, like you said you did in the past. I bet you did get bit fairly often! |
