I forgot to stress, you have a practically newborn that has not been taught any social skills by its momma, so YOU are going to have to be a LOT more patient with this baby.....he wont listen to you because that is not his priority at this stage....he is just learning all about what is around him and how to deal with everything....he has received NO instruction from anyone about how to deal with this new world...back off of the behavior training, and realize he is a baby that is learning....no, he wont listen to you because he was never taught about pack behavior and submission and how to behave with his seniors or pack members in authority....enormous amout of patience is required on YOUR part....you need to read what momma dogs are teaching their babies at each week of their lives, and try to provide that learning experience for your baby. Remember, your baby was deprived of his momma at around 3 weeks of age, so that is about where you need to start with EVERYTHING!!
