I am a contractor actually and my 'supposed' last day is next Friday, the 11th. However, a week ago it was today, a week before that it was last Friday. So I don't actually know when they will be done with me. I need the paycheck, but my 6 month contract turned into a year and quite frankly the woman I work for is a huge (literally & figuratively) power trip! So its really hard to stay here, but it's impossible to go with no other job on the horizon right now. I just wish it would be over soon. I've been saving my butt off just in case, so I we can survive w/o me working for awhile if we had to. But if I did work, the money would be nice to use to build a porch on our camp!
