It
can kill cats but my vet recomended it for my dogs years ago and Iīve used it on all of mine always. He actually sells a flea shampoo made with tea tree oil but I donīt like the smell (itīs very strong), so I made my own following his instructions.
15 drops in a bottle of shampoo is nothing (just enough to keep the fleas away) and it keeps their skin very healthy.Infact, when Milo was scatching due to his allergies, weīd wipe down the scabs with tea-tree oil and water and within a day they were gone and heīd stop scratching. It was a godsend back then too, it was the only thing that calmed his sore skin.
Iīve never had a single issue with it and it does a way better job with fleas than any products weīve tried.Advantix made mine scratch for DAYS, spot-on made their fur dry etc.
I donīt know..it canīt be that toxic when itīs used it all different brands of shampoos for dogs and LOTS of people use it
neat for skin issues etc.
I love it
