 Itchy puppy after flea bath
I took Molly to the groomer today and inquired about a flea bath. I thought I saw a flea on her this morning before we went so I had the groomer to check to verify. Turns out she did have a couple on her. She gave her the flea bath and ever since she has been itching to death. Is this normal or is she having an allergic reaction? I give her the K9 Advantix and am due for her next treatment this Sunday. Should I give it tomorrow instead? I know I am suppose to wait a few days after bathing. At least that's what I was told. When I came home today I washed all her bedding and toys and cleaned her bedroom from top to bottom. I have cleaned everything she has had contact with. Such as my blankets cause she lies with me in my recliner. Also vacuumed what little carpet I have. Any other suggestions? |
