You're absolutely right. So much worse... I just can't grasp why some people do things to intentionally hurt another life and find it to be amusing or take joy in it. If the person is mentally ill... that's a different story (although it's still not ok). But just even at a glimpse of the violence what our "civilized" society does... It's things like that makes me lose hope in humanity. Then I see people like joyce evans, redwolf41, and many others here (and of course, those wonderful rescue groups) that remind me that not ALL humans are horrible beings.
