No glutens, they do not have grain free but the grains are high quality and limited.. Read through the website and watch the video .
It is really interesting.
Also the customer service is excellent. I had several questions before deciding & company answered my emails the same day..
You cannot buy this at Petsmart..
It is mostly sold in specialty stores I believe.
