Julia's healed. The hair still hasn't grown back and the dead skin is all gone. But...there is a knot under the skin. It doesn't bother her if we apply pressure. Its solid though, not fluid filled. I think we should take her back to the vet just to make sure she is okay. DH thinks she is fine and the knot is probably just skin tissue or something.  Opinions please??  |
My guess is that it is probably scar tissue. These wounds are so deep. I would just keep an eye on it and if it changes, then see a vet.
