Bottom line..this is an issue that only a Vet can give you the correct answers. I know you talked to your vet, but if you want...talk to several. If it were me, I would talk to a neurologist/specialist for the answer.
Now, with that said... Welcome to YT! What a horrifying ordeal your baby went thru. I am so happy she was strong and had your love and care to survive.
Does she ever go outside? Is she the only dog in the house? Just a couple of questions that I would consider when weighing my options AFTER talking to a neuro vet.
