Giardia is sometimes hard to get rid of and it may require her to be on the metronidazole longer. You also need to figure out how she contacted the giardia so you can get rid of the source.

I pray she starts feeling better soon.
i think my vet is either nuts or money hungry because when i called he said he prescribed it because it MIGHT help with the fever i WAS like wtf. They had told us she could have got giardia from our shoes if we stepped like on doggy poop that had that or something she is always sniffing around our shoes so we started putting it in closet.
