I use my phone. I set it as an "event" from 8 pm to 9 pm since that's when everything is pretty much done for the day. If I can't give the meds at that time, I swipe the snooze which will make the alarm go off every 5 min (maybe it's 10 min..) till I do give the meds and shut off the alarm.
