This is especially an issue when you buy a really underpriced Yorkie....not in EVERY instance, but in a lot of instances, a puppy that is that cheap has not been vetted, has received no post natal care, mother probable did not get any pre natal care....no special diet....all this can EASILY add up to a sick puppy.....you may only spend $300.00 initially, but if that baby gets sick, it can cost you well over 3 - 5 thousand dollars....and you may still loose the puppy. I would strongly suggest you to save your money and invest in a healthy puppy, ont that is not going to cost you a boat load of money just to try to keep it alive.
