Generally speaking, breeders will gladly provide a chest measurement,so perhaps you could contact the breeder for a measurement. Since I guarantee a proper fit with each harness I make, a fairly accurate measurement is vital. With a young small Yorkie, there isn't much room for adjustments, so what I offer is a one time free chest strap replacement. If your pup outgrows his/her harness within six months, I offer a one time free chest strap replacement. I understand that pups grow fast and I believe in my products so this is a way for my customers to "get their hard earned $$'s worth out of their harness.
