For those of you who have not heard, Pat is no longer a Yorkie Talk member. She has 6 brain aneurisms, and needs to reduce stress and sometimes as we all know, YT has a tendency to cause more stress than Pat wanted to subject herself to.

I want you all to know that due to the incredible amount of information Pat has provided to this thread, we can continue to maintain. I do not believe there is any question about healthy eating and weight loss that has not already been answered here. I am eternally grateful to my friend Pat for all her hard work and dedication.

I am continuing the thread, and the club! Do not be discouraged, we will carry on! I have incredible faith in all of you who have become completely dedicated to the idea of Healthy Eating For Life, and the 110 pounds you have all lost are testimony to the fact that eating healthy WORKS!!

Keep up the good work, my friends, and think HAPPY THOUGHTS about our friend Pat. I am still in touch with her, as I am sure some of you are, and she is fine. I would not be surprised to hear from her here again someday.
