Today's the 1st, so it's Heartworm medicine day in my home and I actually remembered and gave ZoE her medicine on time today...woohoo!!!
It got me wondering, do most people give it on the first of the month? I've always done it & I've gotta say it doesn't work great for me. You'd think the first of the month, my house payment is due, so I'd remember, but I mail my payment out well in advance of the 1st, so by the time it comes around I've forgotten about it.
I set an alarm on my phone to remind me, but it always goes off while I'm doing something, so I don't stop & give the meds right at that exact time. I mean to remember to do it later in the evening, but usually forget.
How do you all remind yourself when to give HW (or other) meds?
