hello all, this is the OP.
First of all we would like to apologize. We posted here to get information and never posted back once we made a decision. Yorkie talk is a valuable site and we know there are alot of good people here. We also want to apologize to Kenia at Dynasty Yorkie. Once we requested reviews on her we should have followed up and not left anything open ended. We will do our best to fill in some blanks to those interested.
After having a terrible experience communicating with the first breeder on Long Island we went ahead and began speaking more with Kenia @ dynasty yorkie.
She was very nice and prompt to answer any and all questions. She also had many questions for us to feel us out. We went ahead and drove over 5 hours away to her home.
The moment we walked in we were welcomed by 6-10 yorkies. some were pups and a few parents. Kenia is not a dog factory, she has a few parents that breed and all live in her home with her family. I do not want to give any personal details of her home but we will say it was VERY warm, clean and inviting. The christmas tree had all different yorkie ornamets with names of past puppies. The puppies were kept in baby play pens with more toys then they even needed. The mothers were always around on their beds to keep an eye on their pups. The interaction was simply adorable. We took a good look at the mother of our puppy and she seemed to be a very normal size and completely happy and healthy.
We then looked at our puppy (Bambam) and tried to cover all the bases of making sure he was healthy and such. We checked for awkward bones, teeth, gums, eyes, the gap some puppies have on their skull, and most of all his personality! To say the least, he passed with flying colors.
To make a long story short, Kenia was awesome from step A to Z. Shes super caring about these animals and TRULEY thinks of them as her children. She gave us a goodie bag with copies of the contract, wet AND dry food, as well as a toy that had his mothers scent on it. After taking a picture of our new family for her scrap book, we started our new life together with Bambam. Our vetternaian checked him off with a bill of clean health the next day. BamBam will be 1 year old Oct 12th of 2013.
Fast forward 7 months later, baby Bambam has been a TRUE blessing. Everyone that meets him instantly falls in love and we have given Kenias contact out countless times. This is why we are dis hearted to read some of these comments saying to never use her. Has anybody even spoken with her? Has anybody been to her home? Met any of the dogs? how could people be so quick to shun a persons lively hood based off a website?
We enjoyed working with Kenia so much that 7 months later we drove over 5 hours away again and brought home Bambams biological baby sister that is now named Pebbles

her story is just as great and flawless as her brothers. Because of Bambam, our cousin wanted a baby. After Kenia and her spoke enough for all parties to be comfortable with the purchase, we brought her puppy home with us as well. She is a ball of energy to say the least.
We will post pictures As soon as possible! any comments are welcome and we will be sure to check back.
