I've seen some breeders advertise that they don't dock their tails, but too many red flags (I know how to spot them thanks to YT)

Would you consider a Biewer? They don't have docked tails.
I would think a breeder should leave the tail if you have pre-paid for the dog by that time...but I don't have anything to back that up.
