Here we have L.O.E and R.R.C for registration, but with the HUGE amount of purebred dogs being sold these days without being registered (to keep the prices of puppys down) it would be pointless to try and use the paperwork to prevent breeding because 90% of purebred dogs arent even registered.
MANY breeders (grand majority now actually) will ask if you want your puppy registered or not.If you donŽt, the pup will be cheaper, but in the future if you want to sell
your puppies, youŽll have to sell them cheaper too
Basiclly, the only reason people want paperwork anymore is because they want to be able to sell their own pups for more money later on, and being as people just arent forking out huge amounts for pups these days, you can imagine how many people actually register their dogs anymore
