Nope.The only place they give you a contract like that is when you adopt from a shelter, and as a rule, that only happens with the puppys that are too young to leave before being fixed.So they make you sign a contract saying you will have that done once the dog is old enough for the procedure.
When you buy a purebred puppy from a breeder (
any breeder - even the most reputable canīt prevent you from breeding), you can basiclly do anything you want with the puppy.You own the rights once you pay for the dog.
My puppys wont be bred, because they wont be sold.They are staying here with me.But if I did plan on selling them, no, I couldent prevent the future owner from breeding.
