2lbs is rather large for a 3-4 week old baby. HHmm my boys hit 2lbs at 9 weeks.
My boys slept 22hours a day until they were 4 months old. They curled up together in their little bed and just slept ALL the time! I hardly knew I had puppies for the first 2 months I had them home! LOL
