Yorkies are very social little ones and love having a buddy around. Is your little one home by herself for a good part of the day? I think the perfect number is two Yorkies and I don't think sex matters.

If you got a second dog and it was a large breed you have to be very careful because accidents happen as simply as the large dog jumping up and then down on the little ones back. We have lots of members with large dogs and lots of members with more than 1 Yorkie. I have 10 Yorkies 5 girls and 5 boys and each has their own personality.
