Iīve never heard of anyone who has ever had an issues.Just keep his food out 24/7 and control when he eats.If he hasnt eaten in a few hours, put him on your lap and hand feed him some kibble soaked in chicken broth etc.
I also used to give mine a swipe (on the roof of the mouth) of honey twice a day just in case 

 You can get Nutrical though, so use that 
 
 
Honestly, heīll do fine.Iīve raised 5 yorkie pups from very young ages (well, to those of you in the US anyway - it was standard to me lol) and never had a single issue 
 
  
P.s - Keep your eye on him and if you notice 
anything off, donīt hesitate to take him to the vet, because toy breed puppys (nothing to do with his age, just toy breeds in general) fade 
very fast.
There must be no ifs ands or buts
