So happy that you are looking for her owner! Here's hoping that you can locate the owner who may be desperately looking for her but just in all the wrong places. I'd call all the shelters, pounds, rescues and vets in the city and post notices online and locally everywhere I could and of course, you have to keep trying all the same places over and over as their help isn't always consistent or up-to-date on what's going on. You practically have to call each place daily. It's a shame the dog wasn't microchipped so you could have her scanned. I haven't read the whole thread but does your city have a Facebook page for lost & found dogs? Also might try posting on Twitter, just in case.
