My breeder (and many others that I know) won't let anyone visit the puppies until they have had their first set of shots. I got pics (at least once a week, but a lot more often the older they got) and videos though. We didn't visit until it was time to pick them up, but I felt like I already really knew them as much as we were emailing (and posting on yt and fb) back and forth. She described their personalities perfectly, and would share stories about funny and sweet things they did
