lol I went through that "is she or isnt she" stage and it lasted 3 weeks (I actually asked what everyone thought on here too + pics).
The first thing that made me wonder was the discharge, then we noticed how sluggish she was acting...but other than that, we were just guessing for what seemed like AGES!
My vet was out of town, my mentor was coming an going from dog shows and I hadent seen her in a couple of weeks, so I was basiclly just trying to find something that would make it obvious so that I could start planning.
The not knowing is awful, because suddenly time slows down and all of a sudden you are watching your dog like a hawk and waiting for a sign lol.
Try not to worry, any time now (if sheŽs pregnant) youŽll be able to feel the pups moving for yourself, then not long after that you will even SEE them moving
