I really messed up with Tucker when I brought him home. I had washable pads ready for him, once he used them, quite easily.....he wanted to use anything cloth on the floor! I had to remove all of my throw rugs bath mats etc! I went to the disposable ones ...waited a week or so and tried my rugs again....no...he thinks it is his pee pad! Now I have no rugs and I use disposable pads and have no problems! Just wished I had not started him on washables to begin with and I may have saved all my rugs!
