I think I've seen Magnus do that couple times. When I go to look, something was in the water and Magnus was trying to get it. Any other time, he scratches at the bowl itself b/c he wants water. Not that the bowl is empty, but he wants COLD water.
Spoiled rotten I tell you. LOL
Maybe Zoey's playing with it? You know.. like how babies like to splash water?
