Default Finding a reputable breeder and choosing my puppy!

Hello!
This is my first post on Yorkie Talk. I have been shamelessly stalking the forums for quite awhile, and just yesterday our landlord approved my husband and I to get our Yorkie after a long wait!
I have been searching to find a healthy puppy, and every time I find a puppy that I really like, I come up with a doubt in my mind about if it will be healthy.
One breeder I thought seemed very trustworthy and like she was all about raising healthy puppies had a "past yorkies" page, and it was full of sickly looking dogs! So tiny and scrawny, and they just looked unhealthy! The puppies looked like they were a normal size, had nice thick, beautiful coats, and then they grew up to be patchy, scrawny, teeny tiny adults.
I am so nervous now to actually find someone that I can fully trust and be able to know I am making the right decision in choosing my dog.

Has anyone else went through this severe anxiety when choosing a dog?
My parents had three Yorkies throughout my childhood, but two of them have been both unhealthy and we had thought the breeders were good breeders! They only bred Yorkies and only a couple of litters a year. They kept them in their home and seemed like very good breeders, but one had many seizures and was always sick, and their current one is so scrawny and doesn't even look like a Yorkie, has very bad knees, and it just makes me nervous.

I overall want a very healthy dog. I will not lie when I say I would prefer it to look a certain way, but if I'm going to pay $1,000+ for a puppy that I intend to stay in my family for a long time, I don't see this as a bad thing.
I do prefer the dogs that have the shorter muzzle, the big eyes, etc. I know people refer to it as the "baby doll" face, but then get mad if you do too, so I don't know how else to describe it even though it may be incorrect usage of a poor term.
I do not want a teeny, scrawny puppy. I want a dog that is more full bodied. I attached a photo of a dog that I think is absolutely beautiful, and in the perfect world, that is what I picture my dog to look like!
I'm wondering if anyone can tell by seeing a puppy what it may look like when it is an adult? Like, seeing the attached puppy I found on google, any way I could see an 8 week old puppy and be able to tell it may look similar to that?

That being said, I will love my dog no matter what she ends up looking like. I'm just merely stating my preferences.

I just don't know how to go about knowing a reputable breeder when I see one.
I found puppies that I really like, but saw a red flag. She also breeds Chihuahuas. Is this a sign of her not being reputable? I should want to buy from someone who only breeds Yorkies, right?
Should I buy from someone who only offers a 1 year health guarantee?
Also, if the take home age is 10 weeks, should I be suspicious? It's better than 8, but not the full 10.

I just want to make sure I make the best decision possible!
