Bama is darling. Sounds like a sneeze in the video. Did she have a bordetella vaccine?
A lot of Yorkies reverse sneeze, but I don't recall puppies doing it. Reverse sneezing is often brought on by excitement. I am by no means an expert, but I think collapsed trachea would slow her down. She wouldn't be able to keep playing so vigorously.
You could ask your vet's office if you can email the video and have the doctor take a look.
