I just keep it fairly low key and try not to make a big deal about my dogs although I am known as the "yorkie lady" so,,, what can I say. Luckily most of the people I am around love dogs.
The problem is that the rest of my family...inlaws...all have "real" dogs according to my father-in-law....labs!!!
He asks me if I have them because I need to nurture and my "babies" are all grown up? I suppose that is partly it.
